FPCT, also known as the Force Protection Combat Team, was formed by group of friends who were sick of large clans and the everyday gaming clan based culture. We are now a supporting group to the entire ArmA community providing mods, maps and missions.

FPCT History

FPCT was formed back in 2008 while the founders were members of the 7th Cavalry to serve as a protection force during times of increased ass baggery. FPCT's task was simple force protection by any and all means. In 2012, sick of the drama of large clans, we formed our group dedicated to mod and map making.

Were modders, coders, designers, mapmakers and shooters. We require all members to be verifiable active/reserve/prior duty military members. We require all members to have at least one trait they bring to the table. We develop well known things like ACRE &to ACE as well as provide technical assistance to other developers in the community.

Real world equipment for real world tactics. From maps, mods and vehicles, we make the stuff any true operator would want. We provide these mods to all members and to a very very select group of clans. Check out our downloads and WIP sections.

The Sands storyline Campaign is a special forces oriented campaign that consists of (currently) 117 missions on Takistan, Clafghan, Kunar Province, Ghor Province, Tora Bora, Hazar-Kot Valley, and our custom maps. The operations all have 30 slots and are fully coded with Mando and Acre.

A massive campaign involving a new Korean war. Currently with 47 finished and scripted missions, this campaign boasts 2 custom maps, a full custom modpack including our North & South Korean unit packs. These missions are for the larger clan as they boast 50 slots ranging from Marine & Navy pilots to South Korean special forces.

It's what were about, we strive to make one release per week to our community. These releases very from maps to aircraft and may even be something as simple as a bush or tree pack. We release at least one weapons or vehicle pack per month and at least one map per month.

We currently have version 1.8 of the project FPCT modpack out. This version includes Northern and Southern Korean units including air, land and sea units. A 10 by 10 and a 30 by 30 Korean based map, as well as two small training maps for use with each faction. Version 1.9 will include a full upgrade to the USS Nimitz including an entire new script pack.

We have been one of the 8 selected groups to receive the pre-alpha release for A3. We would like to personally thank BI for the opportunity, and look forward to bringing you all some amazing MODs when the game is released.

Our task in the beta is simple. Stress the game engine out as much as possible as well as start the modifications process to make sure that all the good stuff you know and love is there. Our first task will be to implement bluefor and greenfor. Next will be the process of map making and finally starting the process for a new ACE release.
